Key Qualifications: • Minimum of 2+ years of industry experience in hardware development
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Technical background in Electrical Engineering
• BOM release and configuration management
• Preferred but not required:
- Printed circuit board assembly/test
- Project management experience
- Experience in one or more of: RF Design/architecture, RF Test, RF application engineering, wireless system design, or related field.
Job Description Wireless/RF EPMs are self-motivated, fast learners, and excellent communicators who are eager to collaborate with multiple internal to build system development printed circuit boards used early in the product design cycle. They work to gather build requirements, secure project resources, and integrate deliverables into the larger program schedule. The EPM co-ordinates scheduling of factory build time and is the primary point of contact between the contract manufacturer and the internal team for all build related activities and is responsible for planning and execution end to end.
Education BSEE/ME degree or equivalent
