Auto req ID: 272988BR Job Description The Information Security Assessment Team Lead will drive implementation of vulnerability management within the Cyber Fusion Center organization. The candidate will act as the (ISA) team lead and be responsible for overall scanning and vulnerability management for PepsiCo. The role includes the development of strategies for vulnerability and configuration management. Will advise leadership on risk Candidate will be fully engaged in all phases of the vulnerability lifecycle from detections to remediation and mitigation steps required. In addition, the candidate will support the Cyber Fusion Center in responding to security incidents as needed. Accountabilities Oversight and management of vulnerability management tools and technologies Leads daily operations of scanning tools and ensures they are operating at peak efficiency including working with other Information Security teams to upgrade hardware, manage licenses, and global scanning schedules Provide timely, comprehensive, accurate, metric information to Information technology leadership for published security metrics Create and manage security policies for cloud, network, and compute Scan internal and external networks to define and monitor PepsiCo's attack surface and remediate anomalies COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Qualifications/Requirements Technical skills: 5+ years in Information Security, 3+ years of vulnerability and configuration management experience, 2+ years of firewall and network experience (preferred) Bachelor's in computer science, Information Technology, or related disciplines Hands-on troubleshooting, analysis, and technical expertise in network, server, and workstation operating systems; previous experience in troubleshooting day-to-day operational processes such as security monitoring, data correlation, security operations, etc. Proven experience in performing analysis of security events, determine root cause and provide resolution Competency in using both internal and external ticketing systems for ITIL-based incident, problem and change management Work directly with 3rd parties on Network vulnerability assessments and ensure metrics are aligned between the 2 companies Linux, UNIX, and Windows operating system knowledge Demonstrated experience with DevSecOps and agile frameworks Soft Skills: Solid customer service with excellent oral and written communication skills A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders An ability to effectively influence others to modify their opinions, plans, or behaviors An ability to work extremely well under pressure while maintaining a professional image and approach Decision-making skills, with an ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential risks and identify the most appropriate course of action Ability to serve in a highly visible role that requires frequent interaction with senior executives Ability to handle stressful situations and be available in emergency situations.
