Access to and use of this CareersXO operated World Wide Web Site, or any of its affiliated, licensed companies, associates and partner websites collectively known here as CAREERSXO is made available to you on the following terms and conditions. CareersXO is a brand providing syndicated job board services owned by Juliet International Limited. Juliet International is a Limited company registered in the Isle of Man.
By using the site and the services available on it you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions are updated from time to time, by logging in using your username and password you accept the terms and conditions at that time applicable.

Data Protection

Our use of CVs and other personal information supplied by users of this site is governed by our privacy policy. You authorise us to hold and process any data that you provide to us and where appropriate to publish it upon the site.

Use of the site

The services and information provided upon this site are for the sole purpose of workers looking for job opportunities and information and for employers seeking to recruit new workers. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and not for other commercial purposes. You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site.
All database rights, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the site belong to or CAREERSXO or its third party suppliers. CAREERSXO grants you no rights in such property.

Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003

Jobseekers and recruiters should be aware that this site operates as a venue only and does not introduce or supply work-seekers to recruiters (or vice versa). This means that we do not:

  1. give any indication to recruiters whether jobseekers are suitable for any position to be filled;
  2. take up any references;
  3. obtain sufficient information for potential recruiters to select suitable jobseekers for the position which the recruiter seeks to fill;
  4. confirm the identity of a jobseeker or that they have the relevant qualifications, experience, training, or authorisation to work in the position;
  5. ensure the jobseeker and recruiter are aware of any requirement which must be satisfied by either of them to permit the jobseeker to fulfil the position to be filled; or
  6. make any arrangements for accommodation of jobseekers.

The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 (the "Regulations") seek to ensure that jobseekers are only proposed by employment agencies for which they are properly qualified and that recruiters are only offered appropriate jobseekers. CAREERSXO provide only a venue and do not propose or introduce jobseekers to recruiters or vice versa. Recruiters and Jobseekers should therefore carry out all appropriate investigation and enquiry before commitment.

Recruiters and Advertisers


In these terms and conditions:

  1. ''Client'' and ‘You’ means any person, company, firm or organisation which purchases Services from us;
  2. ''Order Form'' means an order for Services on a form provided by us (in any format) and signed by a Client;
  3. ''Services'' means all recruitment products and services made available by us from time to time;
  4. ''Contract Term'' means the term specified in the Order Form.

Commencement of Services

Commencement of services will only occur following an online payment, receipt of a signed Order Form, or email acceptance approved by us.


Our prices will be detailed upon the placement of any advert. If no price has been negotiated, a flat fee of $250 per job will be charged for each job in excess of the agreed number.
A vacancy posted on TMForumjobs.com will be published for 4 weeks (or such shorter time as may be agreed). Any extension of this period will be chargeable to the Client as a further posting.


All prices exclude VAT or any other applicable sales tax. All invoices are payable within 14 days from invoice date. Interest will be payable on late payments at the rate of 3% above Barclays Bank plc''s base rate from time to time. Failure to pay outstanding invoices will entitle us to suspend Services. When electing to pay via means of a payment card the Client acknowledges that:

  1. CAREERSXO will ask the Client to enter its credit or debit card details onto a secure payment site as soon as it has confirmed that the company and order details, are correct. 
  2. Completion of the credit or debit card transaction will be acknowledged by CAREERSXO as an offer from the CLient to purchase Services which, if accepted by CAREERSXO will result in a binding Contract.
  3. If a client''s order is rejected for any reason before the Services are provided, then a refund will be made by CARRERSXO if card payment has already been taken. Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management


The Client may terminate the provision of Services under any Order Form upon 30 days notice.
We may terminate the provision of Services if:

  1. You are in material breach of these terms and conditions and do not remedy such breach within ten days of notice specifying the breach and requiring that it be remedied, or:
  2. You become insolvent, cease to trade or go into liquidation, bankruptcy or voluntary arrangement.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to the Client in respect of any Services, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, is limited to the total amount paid to us during the Contract Term for such Services or $2,500, whichever is the greater.

Site Conditions

CAREERSXO restricts the content of jobs posted to ensure that users are presented with results as clearly and informatively as possible. You therefore agree that we may, at our absolute discretion and without liability to you, remove any advertisement which is posted in breach of these restrictions as published from time to time:

  1. URLs or email links (live or text only) shall not be permitted in the body copy of the job description page. Email links are permitted from the ''send an email'' link and url linking is permitted only from the ''apply online'' link.
  2. Recruiters shall not deliberately insert words, strings of words, or repeating job titles, with the intention of enhancing positions in the result listings
  3. Job advertisements may only be placed on the job board for genuine vacancies only, and not for other products or services, either relating to or unrelated to recruitment including.

Unlawful Advertisements

Adverts which appear to discriminate on grounds of sex, race, age or disability are illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against both the advertiser and the publisher. We may at our absolute discretion either amend adverts or remove them from a CAREERSXO Powered Site without liability to you.


In placing adverts and in responding to enquiries you will not do anything which may bring CAREERSXO into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claim brought by an individual against CAREERSXO arising from your breach of any of these terms and conditions or of any statute.

CAREERSXO doesnot guarantee the suitability of any jobseeker nor that any information provided by them via this site is correct.It is your responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and personal characteristics.    15 Access
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate hardware and software and are connected to the appropriate services to enable you to post jobs.


If your advert links to another site, you are responsible for maintaining those links and for the content of your advertisement and the linked site. We may remove any advertisement which contains content or links to a site which, in our opinion, is defamatory, illegal or objectionable or will bring CAREERSXO Ltd into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claims or liability arising from content or links contained in your advertisements.

Use of candidate database

Rights in the database

Database rights and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property rights in the candidate database belong to CAREERSXO. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any rights in the database or its content and that your use of the database and its content is governed by these terms and conditions.

Database Use

The material you are entitled to receive from the jobseeker database is determined by the licence you have purchased from us. On receipt of this material you may:

  1. Use, search or download it to your database for the purpose of finding suitable candidates for specific job vacancies that you or (if you are an employment agency or employment business) your client wish to fill.
  2. Use the jobseeker information contained in the database for the purpose of contacting them (either directly or through a CAREERSXO powered site depending on the licence you have purchased) in relation to a specific job vacancy.
  3. Use the information only in connection with your own recruitment-related activities.
    You must, at all times, comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all subsequent legislation and regulations.


Passwords are licensed for use only by the person registered. Passwords may be suspended if passwords are utilised by other third parties

Online advertising

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all advertising material (''Campaigns'') accepted by CAREERSXO for display on any of our websites. By placing a Campaign you accept these terms and conditions as principal, even if you are acting as agent or buyer for the actual advertiser.
  2. We must receive the complete creative content for a Campaign in acceptable format at least two working days before 9 am on the go-live date specified in your order. Otherwise, we may not be able to achieve the specified go-live date but you must pay the full amount set out in the order irrespective of whether any delivery target for impressions have been met.
  3. To cancel or alter your order you must inform us, by telephone, fax or email at the number or address on the order, at least two working days before 9 am on the go-live date specified in your order. Otherwise you must pay the full amount set out in the order.
  4. You are responsible for the content of the Campaign and for ensuring that it complies with all relevant legislation and codes of practice. If we receive complaints about the content or the Campaign we may, at our discretion, remove the Campaign from display without reference or liability to you. You will indemnify us against any claim that the Campaign or its content infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of others or is defamatory or otherwise offensive. If you are an employment agency or an employment business (as defined by the Employment Agencies Act 1973) it is your responsibility to ensure the advertisements you place on a CAREERSXO powered site comply with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
  5. You are also responsible for fulfilling and dealing with any orders or enquiries relating to the goods or services to which the Campaign relates and you will indemnify and hold us harmless accordingly.

Your sole remedy if we, or our third party subcontractors who may host and serve Campaigns from time to time, make an error in displaying any Campaign is the cost of re-running the relevant Campaign. Neither we nor our subcontractors shall be liable in any circumstances for any loss of profit or business. We shall, additionally, have no liability for failure to display the Campaign caused by circumstances outside our control.


CareersXO services

Services and information provided on the site by us and our third party suppliers are intended to assist in the job seeking or recruitment process. Neither we nor our third party suppliers can guarantee their suitability or prospects of success in any particular case. You should obtain independent verification before relying on information provided on the site in circumstances which may result in loss or damage.

Adverts & CV''s

Adverts and CV''s contained on the site are provided by jobseekers and prospective employers (or their agents) and are not reviewed. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content. Jobseekers and Recruiters should undertake such verification procedures as are appropriate in the circumstances.

Site Layout and Functionality

We reserve the right to alter the site layout and functionality howsoever we deem appropriate


We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure continuous availability of the site and the services available on it. However we accept no liability for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused.

Browser and operating system policy

CAREERSXO powered websites have been tested with the following browsers:

  • Firefox 2 and 3 on Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Macintosh
  • Internet Explorer 6 & 7 on Windows Vista and Windows XP
  • Safari on Macintosh OSX
  • Opera 9

However the site should work perfectly well on other more recent versions of the leading browsers
CareersXO powered websites require jobseekers to enable session cookies (enabling permanent cookies is recommended), and JavaScript, in their browser.

Limitation of liability

Our liability, and the liability of our third party suppliers, for any loss or damage suffered by you as the result of your use of this site is limited to your actual direct damages and excludes any loss of future earnings or any consequential or speculative loss. In any event our liability to you shall not exceed $2,500.


These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and all disputes shall be decided by the English courts.
