Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Current Valid Driver s License
Must be able to pass typical onboarding requirements when starting a new position
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work overtime hours when needed
Responsibilities / Physical Requirements:
Ability to climb and work on communication towers to install, repair and replace antenna/radio
equipment for the telecommunications industry
Knowledge of tools and materials to perform the scope of work
Knowledge of safety hazards and making sure the highest level of safety is always maintained
Must be able to climb towers or work at heights up to 250 feet
Responsible for supporting supervisor and crew members (take direction of tasks, complete day-today job functions in a timely manner and be able to meet job deadlines as required)
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs
Ability to bend, lift, twist, squat, kneel or sit for extended periods of time
Responsible for inventory of tools and maintaining cleanliness of job sites
