Our client is looking for a Technical Pre-sales Manager for their new innovative B2B solutions for sustainable development, data monetisation and zero-touch networking product lines.

They see the Technical Pre-sales Manager as the key person responsible for promoting our SaaS products to the European, American and Asian markets primarily in the Telco sector.

The roleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the technical pre-sales of their product portfolio and your role will include the following:

- Working closely with Sales and Product Marketing teams

- Positioning of the company's products and services on the market

- Taking potential and new customers through user journeys, identifying customer needs, working on them so that the product creates maximum value for our customers.

- Provide up-to-date information and contribute to continuous product improvement to R&D

- Providing customers with a broad range of software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool support and related services to help them grow, manage and evolve their business

- Maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders within customers

- Collect feedback from users and partners, identifying product evolution opportunities

- Create and update technical product presentations

- Participate in trade shows and product demos.


- IT or telecom studies (can be in progress),

- Relevant work experience / internship of at least 1 year, including software development environment, marketing or partnership development experience

- Ability to think creatively to solve problems

- Effectively communicate the functionalities and purpose of the software

- Experience and knowledge in the online space (cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP etc), ChatGPT / LLM’s, blogging, virtualization, digital transformation, etc.), including trends and technologies.

- Profound knowledge of document, spreadsheet and presentation software

- Fluent English
