The Data & AI Platform group is a key component of Visa's Technology organization providing the enabling technology and processes to manage Visa's data assets and deliver innovative information products and services to customers. Areas of focus include Business Intelligence and Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Platform as a Service, and Data as a Service. Our portfolio includes over 100 data products for various external clients and internal lines of business.

Responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of one or more large/complex projects, programs and/or Agile teams. Lead and negotiate scope, schedule, budget, risks, deployments and communications for all sizes of projects, initiatives, and programs.
Proactively, persistently and creatively removes obstacles delaying projects from delivering against objectives.
Role model effective communication showcased in reporting, notes, documentation, FAQs, escalations, and more.
Builds effective Partner/Stakeholder relationships thru excellent Communication and Facilitation.
Leads implementation of Visa PMM required project gates and artifacts. Leads review, sizing and estimation of work based on One Pagers, Epics or mandatory requirements for Annual Operating Planning
As Scrum coach, coaches multiple teams through the software development life cycle using Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices and works cross-functionally throughout the company to ensure projects are developed and deployed with quality and timely delivery into our production systems.
Teaches others about the architectural and technical aspects of all Data Platform and/or DevOps projects.
Role Model artifacts. Emerging leader of quality and timely PMO/BMO/RM deliverables across the organization.
Creates and leads PMO/BMO/RM relevant improvement initiatives. Mentors others in leadership for same.
Bachelors or Masters STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math), CS or equivalent.

12+ years of experience, as Engineering Program Manager, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Senior Technical Program Manager (or equivalent) or Lead, working with technical teams developing software solutions. Including, 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Kanban, or Agile coach.
Demonstrated curiosity and ability to understand, ask probing questions, and effectively summarize and present architectural and technical aspects of Data and DevOps projects. Continuous learner.
Strong Technology knowledge of tech stacks (especially Big Data) and deep experience with best practices in software engineering practices.
Role model for effective executive communication and facilitation skills.
One or more Agile certifications: CSM, PMI ACP, ICAgile.
PMP, PRINCE2 or similar detailed knowledge of formal project management processes.
