Senior Recruiter (Agency)

MBR Partners is growing its team in Baker Street, Central London.




We cover most areas of talent acquisition - contingency, retained, exclusive and partner resourcing models and work with our clients globally (most roles are around £60 - £90K base + variable).





We are looking for experienced 360 recruiters that can bring new business and account manage our clients and grow revenue streams from them (mostly permanent recruitment). This role is around Account Management of our clients.





Whilst MBR Partners covers Telecommunications, Fintech, Cyber Security, Tech, and Blockchain, Big Data we are open to considering candidates coming from recruitment across other business verticals. We are not a high volume business so account managers must put effort into getting to know their customers' pitch and understanding their precise needs.





The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for developing new business and the sourcing strategy including advertising and building lists for direct headhunting (in Linkedin Recruiter etc). In many cases, the Senior Recruiter will be assisted by a researcher / resourcer who will deal with incoming candidate flow.





We operate in a relaxed, mature environment without a focus on micro KPI's.
