Our client is a fast-growing Telco software vendor headquartered in the USA. They count 4 of 10 Top Global Tier 1 Telecommunications Operators as their customers and are on a strong growth curve (around 80-100 people and growing).

Their portfolio of solutions has grown substantially over the past few years and they now offer solutions across End-to-End Asset Management, Configuration Management, Network Service Monitoring, Ran Sharing, Automated Device Certification, Automated Network Feature Testing, KPI / Configuration Correlation, Roll-out Process and Project Management, Field Resource Management, and SDN/NFV Network integration.

As well as providing software they also have some service offerings.

The client already has significant business with many of the larger operating groups in LATAM and is looking for someone to hunt new logos and far existing accounts. Therefore ideally candidates will have a track record selling into the likes of Telefonica LATAM, Milicom, C&W / Liberty Global, Telcel, America Movil etc. The ideal location is Mexico given the weight of business my client has there but the role will include all of LATAM so other locations will be considered as long as the person has worked the whole region successfully in the past (if the person is in Brazil they must speak Spanish as well as Portuguese).

The candidate must invoice the client their fixed and variable financial package in USD.

Candidates used to selling complex network solutions to service providers would be the best fit (OSS, Network Automation, Configuration Management and other Network Big-Data Analytics use cases etc.
