Our client has been creating pioneering telephony technology for various industries for almost two decades. The company is eager to speed up the already high growth by providing cutting-edge and user friendly UCaaS and VoIP / cloud telephony solutions that are diverse and flexible. The company’s objective is to reach the small and medium-sized enterprises and the segment that is handled by the channel partners. Current spectrum of products are: on-premise PBX, AWS-based PBX, WebRTC. Some of the upcoming ones are: support for MS Teams, CRM, PCI compliance, call-recording.

This is a full time role and requires a Hybrid (Remote + Head Office) working arrangement around London. In essence it is a fully remote work but the individual does need to come on site for a few days in the first week or 2 just to meet the team and get equipment. This would be expensed.
Required Qualifications

Solid experience in a similar role of UCaaS , cloud telephony
Commercially astute
Ability to travel - at least once a week in the office, some weeks 2-3 days and regular travel to customer sites & Aerial Direct offices


Performance Management of 3rd party software partners





Product Delivery Create, document and manage product requirements across IPC’s suite of products (legacy andnew)


Maintain and prioritize product backlog in line with business needs including all tooling (Jira,onfluence, Product Board, GitHub etc.)


Track and document product releases – work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure allreleases are documented prior to commercial release.


Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, bugs and requirements.This will achieved through a blend of VoC feedback and commercial viability


Contribute and defend product strategy development and evangelise to customers to seekfeedback and buy-in


Drive action through the IPC organization to get products to market on time and to budget.This will mean working alongside IPC’s Engineering, Sales and software development partners


Performance manage IPC’s development partners and 3 rd party software partners to optimiseRoI, track invoicing and license usage etc.


Product Marketing


Create and maintain competitive intelligence: articulate and document IPC’s competitive market positioning and quantify revenue opportunities of existing and new products


Create and communicate the product feature sets and benefits: value propositions, pricing,business case, manage & maintain IPC’s learning management system (LMS) and relatedcontent


Support Sales to define and proactively manage Proof of Concept (PoC) with prospects; MVPlaunch, create and manage test environment to launch and test alpha/beta/commercialproducts. Capture feedback and inform engineering and development to enhance productreleases


Feed Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams with key insights on solution differentiators andcustomer messaging to drive sales revenue.
