Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience driving regional channel business growth, recruiting, developing, and growing reseller partnerships
Experience in a partner management or partner sales role
Experience with cloud technologies and service provider ecosystems and business models
Experience with retail Cloud Edge products and solutions
Experience in cloud and data solutions
Experience in a portfolio of partners ranging from agile partners, system integrators, or managed service providers
Experience presenting to multiple audiences, including leadership and C-suite teams with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs), Managed Service Providers (MSP), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and the cloud ecosystem

As a Partner Development Manager (PDM) in Infrastructure Modernization Solutions, you will be responsible for managing pre-configured partner eco-systems that drive differentiation to go-to-market for retail.
You will also work with Partners to Identify Anthos and Cloud Edge use cases/solutions that support Google's first-party Data and Analytics, ML, and AI capabilities to add unique value to customers' environments. You will help grow the practices of a portfolio of partners, and help them be successful in their priority regions.

Drive executive connections with regional Sales Leadership and partner leadership, including partner value propositions.
Manage partner business performance, map partner capabilities/priorities with Google's goals and strategies, and drive quarterly business reviews with managed service partners and leadership.
Help partners grow their Google practice and product portfolio through joint development of solutions and services, develop and provide custom presentations on Google's Cloud Platform technologies to partners to help them scale.
Build a partner sourced pipeline, nominate partners to receive inbound/outbound leads, and ensure overall pipeline tracking accuracy and health.
Build and execute joint go-to-market plans for regions.
