Marketing Infrastructure Manager

Location: Work is remote but candidates must be local to one of the following markets:Baltimore, MD; Boston, MA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA

We are searching for a Marketing Infrastructure Manager who will help drive the advancement andexecution of lead generation efforts through close partnership with marketing, technology andoperations teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and sales technology and will become an expert in the tools and processes we use to deliver marketing to help optimize and scaleglobal demand generation marketing campaigns.The Marketing Infrastructure manager will help us evolve marketing efforts while also supporting thechallenges of today, balancing tactical and strategic approaches to problem solving and issueresolution. The role will involve strong collaboration and communications with technical andnon-technical audiences and familiarity with marketing campaigns via online channels such asEmail, Ads, and Onsite upsells.


  • Work directly with lead generation marketing teams to drive adoption of marketing technologies anddevelop product requirements for new features, launches and enhancements
  • Partner closely with marketing operations to liaise process and technology elements that can helpoptimize how we deliver campaigns and generate leads
  • Become a guide for the organization on marketing tools and drive best practices and operationalexcellence to deliver successful lead generation outcomes (from marketing to sales)
  • Troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams and drive resolution to minimize business impact
  • Project manage key initiatives to support lead generation efforts and coordinate multiple crossfunctional stakeholders
  • Translate marketers' feedback and needs of marketing tools into process or product solutions andpartner with engineering teams to see through prioritization and execution
  • Work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous and cross-functional environment to do all of the above


  • 4+ years experience with product management or marketing/advertising technologyExperience working directly with product and engineering and operations teams to provide businesscases & requirements
  • Experience launching or driving adoption of products, demonstrating knowledge of customer needs
  • Experience with operational processes and issue management and resolution
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (Email, Facebook Ads, Display, Onsite Merchandising,etc.)
  • Experience with an enterprise-scale sales or marketing automation platform (Salesforce, SalesforceMarketing Cloud, Hubspot, Marketo, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc.)


  • Experience with demand generation marketing, optimizing digital marketing performance to drivesales qualified leads
  • Quantitative analytical experience, using tools such as Excel or SQL
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing
