Based in Heywood Greater Manchester we are a leading Telecoms and IT distributer who are looking to appoint a new Junior Telecoms Support Engineer to join our technical support team. We have been trading for over 15 years. We supply a large amount of product lines to a variety of different clients and would like someone to come and join to help us expand even further and provide the best service possible as building relationships is of our core values. We pride ourselves in providing the best products which are on the market.

WHO ARE WE?

Established over 15 years ago we are a leading Telecoms and IT Distributer based within Heywood, Greater Manchester. We work with a large variety of IT households brands and have a large amount of combined experience within the telecoms distribution industry. We provide a full-service including end to end services for all telecoms requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

You will be joining our experienced team and will receive a full training induction to ensure you have all the knowledge needed to strive within the business. You will be responsible for receiving, and actioning engineer's queries. You will also be learning about our new products. You will be keeping up to date with the relevant manufacturer training all whilst receiving extensive training on all the tasks you complete. You will use your great communication and previous customer service experience to liaise with the clients and the team. Communication is vital within this role to enable you to train up efficiently.
