Infrastructure Solution Specialist

CBTS is seeking an Infrastructure Solution Specialist for a position located in Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the overall infrastructure solution that is required to migrate user laptops and desktops to the new domain.
• This includes working with many infrastructure resources to work through standing up domain controllers
• Will be working on onboarding applications for cross domain access.
• Responsible for creating infrastructure requirements and system documentation, as well as contributing to end-user and project documentation.
• Represent infrastructure interests and ensure that all technical designs meet business needs.
• Work directly with management and users to gather configuration project requirements and documents as needed.
• Act as the liaison between infrastructure teams, relaying information in an easily to understand manner.
• Work with infrastructure teams to complete service design packages and maintain service catalog, along with its supporting documents.
• Works closely with other IT Infrastructure Systems Analysts, Business Systems Analysts and Project Managers to ensure project issues and risks are identified, and develops the plan to mitigate each.
• Support infrastructure teams in reporting and communicating issues and their resolutions.
• General understanding of project management principles and infrastructure concepts

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of Infrastructure experience
• Experience gathering configuration project requirements and documents
• Strong technical documentation experience
