Responsibilities
Very good knowledge of IT infrastructure Topology and Architecture
Responsible for developing and executing IT infrastructure strategy considering enterprise requirements and technology trends.
Responsible for the operations and delivery of 24/7 infrastructure services, which include storage, servers, network, databases, monitoring, backup, Security primary, and secondary data centres.
Knowledge of OSI layer model, TCP/IP protocols, subnetting, VLAN and SD-WAN.
Responsible for providing oversight, implementing appropriate controls, and performing regular and effective reviews of all technical aspects, including operational and support activities.
Experience in troubleshooting servers, VMware, and Operating systems issues.
Experience in configuring and maintaining monitoring systems such as Zabbix
Demonstrates leadership expertise to establish strategic direction as well as a significant depth of technical expertise in current technology trends, including systems, storage, network, cloud infrastructure, security, and automation among others
Support and maintain existing infrastructure adhering to SLAs
Design next-generation data center with hybrid cloud technologies
Design AWS network architecture with Transit Gateway
Design and Implementation knowledge on AWS Private link services for S3
Support a large infrastructure consisting of Cisco ACI, MPLS overlays, Checkpoint NAT/ACLs, F5 load balancing, FTD/ASA VPNs, ISE/DUO auth, Splunk logging, Cisco UCS compute and Bluecoat DNS/DHCP
Implement and support NSX implementations

Certifications
· VMware Certified · Microsoft Certifications · AWS or any Cloud infrastructure Certifications.
