Infrastructure Engineer Consultant - Remote

TITLE: Infrastructure Engineer Consultant

Location: Remote in the U.S.

ICS is working with a client to find a Infrastructure Engineer Consultant, with experience supporting a production environment, to join our global SaaS product client's team. This candidate will work directly with a Software Development team and be a key asset in scaling, building, and supporting the infrastructure that deploys these customer-facing applications!

What You'll Do:

• Own infrastructure in an enterprise, Windows production environment
• Plan, coordinate, and execute new server builds
• Review support requests and resolution, improve the level of service provided to clients and train team members
• Assist with install/project data collection during the course of support and project implementations
• Direct and lead projects within the organization to modernize the technical infrastructure
• Meet with colleagues, managers, and senior leaders regarding account status, ongoing issues and opportunities
• Maintain prescribed network security levels and confidentiality

Skills / Experience You Will Need:

• 8 or more years of experience in the implementation, design, and maintenance of converged networks
• Expert infrastructure engineering experience in a Windows environment
• Experience in a global production environment
• Experience with cloud infrastructure; either with Azure or AWS is a plus
