In this role, you will: • Support initiatives that deliver workable end to end infrastructure solutions in the mobility space
• Participate in device testing and documentation of mobile application issues and functionality
• Develop a deep understanding of the mobility processes, policies and risk controls from both a technical and a user perspective
• Collaborate and consult with both engineers and analysts to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Provide needed reporting to the analysts working on customer issues and processes in the mobility space
Provide metrics and data analysis for various mobility processes and projects
Communicate and present technical knowledge and data with management and a variety of skill levels within the team
Required Qualifications, US: - 2 + years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ year of Microsoft Excel experience
- 1+ year of process definition and documentation experience
Desired Qualifications: - Experience in mobile application engineering and processes, preferably in a cloud environment
- Agile experience
- Reporting experience using tools such as Tableau and MicroStrategy
- Experience in extracting data from SQL and other relational databases to provide high quality reports and metrics
