Our clients are a leading telecom software vendor providing network and service management solutions (Service Assurance, Automation and Analytics) to leading Communications Service Providers. They work with 8 out of 10 of the world’s largest global telecoms companies such as Vodafone,Telefonica and Deutsche Telekom. Their software manages the network and service quality of over 2 billion subscribers, the world’s largest 4G network,the world’s largest VoLTE service and the world’s fastest mobile network.

With a global presence, approximately 250 employees and a long history of successful customer projects, They have established themselves as the leading provider of Service Assurance to Tier-1 Service providers.

Our client who has merged with another Global business and as a result of the merger there will be a need for some sensitive initial projects to involve job role mapping and the harmonisation of terms and conditions over this next 6-9 months. The role is remote for the UK and you will be working closely with the Head of HR to manage the day to day as well as working with the wider team to address the Post Merger Integration workstream.


Experience in HR Operations, Talent & Development, TalentAcquisition, and HR Business Partners is key. Organizing, managing,coordinating the HR objectives relating but not limited to hiring,termination, transfer, increases, promotion, bonus’s, benefits,changes/withdrawal, pay, overtime pay, etc for UK, UAE and US.
HR Project Partner to join us at this exciting time of change andtransformation. Reporting to the CHRO, this role will support with thePost Merger Integration (PMI) workstreams as part of the acquisition byClient
This role will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across theglobe to ensure the integration benefits thefuture success of the business.
This role will have specific deliverables which may be data driven, orthe influence of change - this role will help guide our employees andleadership through all steps in change management as we transformour business in line with the PMI plan.

Effectively managing escalation of project tasks and issues tointernal stakeholders.
Driving key project delivery, ensuring key milestones are identifiedand achieved in a complex and changing environment, on time andwithin agreed parameters.Must Have:
HR professional with practical understanding and experience of key HRprocesses and practices.
Experience of delivering HR projects and an understanding projectmanagement.
Ability to analyse and interpret complex data, synthesise succinctly toprogramme lead, and make recommendations, to drive decisionmaking.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build credibility, influence at all levels and maintain productive,healthy relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Self-starter and comfortable working in fluid operating environmentslargely in a remote environment.


Prince2 Project certification (or equivalent experience).
Experience of large, complex business transformation programmes.
Experience working in multi-culture and multi-country environments.
High level of emotional intelligence and ideally experience in post merger workstreams
