Head of Professional Services

Our client is a leader in providing UX/UI frontends for IPTV set-top boxes and cloud game streaming solutions to broadcast media service providers like Altice, SFR, and Vodafone TV.



The client is part of a group of Telco and Media software vendors (14+ and growing) that is listed on the Canadian stock exchange. The business was acquired by the group from a French Service Provider and has its operational HQ in Nantes, France, and has a total headcount of around 200 people (170 in France).



This role will be responsible for a team of around 80 professional services resources that are engaged in long terms projects with its clients. Therefore we are looking for a professional services leader that is used to working with clients to quote for time and materials deals, secure/manage the resources (project managers and implementation consultants) and ultimately delivery profitable projects.



They are looking for someone that has performed a similar role either with another software vendor or a consulting business / SI that provides IT delivery software integration services (sold in a time and materials fashion).



The client is looking for someone that can spend 2-3 days a week in their HQ office in Nantes.



Some exposure to Broadcast Media solutions would be a major plus (IPTV / Video Streaming / VOD / STB)
