The Position

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media and marketing initiatives.

What is the role of a Graphic Designer? The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts, logos, and more.

You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of marketing materials, social media ads, sales collateral, event exhibitions and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate a nuanced suite of products into engaging designs. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract new users, and communicate the features and benefits of our products to a purely institutional audience.

  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Generate creative concepts and direction for new marketing campaigns
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and in line with spec requirements
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • A creative and entrepreneurial mindset. You're self-driven and will be able to work in both a team environment and work independently
  • A strong understanding of cryptocurrency and data. Creative assets will reference cryptocurrency and data, and be oriented to an audience of financial institutions
  • Experience designing assets for Crypto, B2B SaaS, or Financial products is a major plus
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma)
  • A strong portfolio of digital ads or other graphic designs
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills - copywriting experience is a plus
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
