Sales Development Representative

UK, Dublin, Netherlands or Germany | Full time

Winner of numerous awards, our clients are looking for a Sales Developer for their business which provides secure PDF solutions that are used by millions of people worldwide, and has a Global presence with customers in more than 200 countries. They have offices worldwide, including locations in the US, Asia, Europe, and Australia ; a complete product line and an exciting and aggressive development schedule. Their PDF technology is disrupting the establishment and has accelerated the company's growth. Their customers include Google, Amazon, and NASDAQ.

To keep pace with their success, the SDR teams are the solid foundation of the growth strategy. This role applies ideally to candidates located in Germany, Dublin, UK or Netherlands with proven knowledge of the DACH market.

Your mission: You open the doors to the customers` companies, find the decision makers and build the bridges to our account executive managers. Without you, the business wouldn`t run.

Your Main Responsibilities

? Drive sales volume by effectively managing inbound lead flow as well as executing outbound prospecting initiatives.? Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts; utilise business & industry knowledge to research accounts to identify key buying influencerswithin these prospects to determine business requirement, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts.? Collaborate with & leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.? Work to have a variety of touches (call, email, social, etc.) on all leads in your assigned territory (DACH) using the Company`s tools; manage, track, andreport on all activities & results using SalesLoft and Salesforce.? Work directly with our sales executives & account managers, scheduling online demonstrations.? Meet and exceed your individual performance metrics / goals consistently (monthly, quarterly and annually) and continually develop your productknowledge, sales skills and business acumen.

? are an enthusiastic and driven individual who loves to succeed, with 2+ years’ work experience, ideally in software, technology lead generation or salesdevelopment.? are a motivated self-starter, with a track record of successful, credible achievements and positive & energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills,strong writing skills.? are a very good problem-solver with creativity & critical-thinking abilities; you can work independently but also in teams.? are a diligent professional, coachable with a willingness to learn, grow your sales skills as well as to share your experience with your team.? are FLUENT IN GERMAN- (any further languages like Arabic, Swedish or Norwegian are "nice-to-haves").
