Front End Dev

Our client has been creating pioneering telephony technology for various industries for almost two decades. The company is eager to speed up the already high growth by providing cutting-edge and user friendly UCaaS and VoIP / cloud telephony solutions that are diverse and flexible. The company’s objective is to reach the small and medium-sized enterprises and the segment that is handled by the channel partners. Current spectrum of products are: on-premise PBX, AWS-based PBX, WebRTC. Some of the upcoming ones are: support for MS Teams, CRM, PCI compliance, call-recording.
The company works mainly in JavaScript. You will have the opportunity to delve into and benefit from the latest programming languages, frameworks, technologies, tools and coding systems. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Development and Delivery, the Senior Front-end Developer creates and upgrades mobile and desktop applications and public-facing for the main PBX and similar products. We’re looking for the right candidate who is a self-starter, with their main goal on developing parts of user interface, and constructing them with React.js workflows. Your main task will be to make sure that these parts, and the whole application works flawlessly and simple to manage. Ideal candidate enjoys creating real-time front end interfaces, in an orderly and interactive way. A junior React developer and back end javascript developers will be working with you, and it would be helpful to have UX design experience.
This is a full time role and requires a Hybrid (Remote + Head Office) working arrangement around London. In essence it is a fully remote work but the individual does need to come on site for a few days in the first week or 2 just to meet the team and get equipment. This would be expensed.
Required Qualifications

Solid experience in a similar role
A substantial degree in: in Maths, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or equivalent background
Excellent academic results throughout education, especially in technical areas
