About the job As the Director of Technical Infrastructure and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), you will help maintain hardware, support builds, decommission, and conduct other activities within Google's Global Data Centers. You will focus on building integrated, no-touch planning capability and the processes and implementation of ERP technology to optimize service. You will also drive transformation, develop a clear roadmap, focus on critical flow prioritization, and work across the executive leadership to gain alignment, drive accountability, and achieve results. In this role, you will lead a multi-year strategy for the deployment of integrated processes, technology, organization, and skills to enable real-time data-driven Demand, Supply, and Inventory Planning via an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) model. In addition, you will partner with and influence groups across Google Cloud Technical Infrastructure. Additional Information The US base salary range for this full-time position is $226,000-$338,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Design and deploy process standards for demand, supply, capacity, and inventory planning through technology and automation while ensuring the adoption within Global Server Operations (GSO). Lead the definition of Global Server Operations business requirements while ensuring clear criteria for each project phase, as well as manage alignment and sign-off processes. Drive the adoption and no-touch automation of repeatable tasks and simplify organizational design to embed no-touch and automation culture. Drive governance, budget management, and timeline delivery. Lead the Program Management teams of technology deployment in partnership with Systems via process and skills training and setting and managing the adoption of objectives and key results (OKRs). Develop and deploy training and career planning opportunities for specialists in the Supply Chain executive area.
