Come and join us as a Security Operations (SecOps) Account Manager on the Cyber Security, CyberRes Team, where you will target new accounts for our Security Operations (SECOPS) Products - ArcSight, Atar, and Intersect including our Hybrid Solution. Micro Focus is looking for a sales professional who can improve new portfolio installations into accounts while supporting pipeline development, competing vigorously in the market to grow Micro Focus market share. You are motivated by successful new product placements and mentoring others, and has the right balance of technical and a background in selling SECOPs software. SecOps combines SIEM (Security Incident Event Management, UEBA (User Entity Behavior Analytics) and SOAR (Security Orchestration Automation and Response). On a given day, you will: Understand the whitespace in a territory of accounts and promote new product placements into all accounts. Manage the sales process from solutions identification to solution delivery that results in a successful product placement. Help with areas to defend our current position to achieve incremental growth. Focus on customer gaps to build a sales plan to address customer requirements with an associated return on investment Lead customers through a buying process and challenge their thinking by guiding a mutual buying process applying the right resources and information (professional services, SE, PM, White papers, use cases, model) Act as a conduit to the product teams and GTM product leads to build an overall strategy for Product reach in this account space Report to NA SecOps Leader Your areas of knowledge and expertise: Pursuing new clients, developing business and networking with passion Developing deep customer relationships Creating strong business relationships Negotiating large enterprise software deals Have a background in successfully selling, security operations software ideal Verifiable achievement of consistent, over quota attainment. Collaboration and ability to navigate a matrixed organization.
