Cyber Security Operations Analyst

Reporting to the Vice President of Information Security, Avenu is looking for a key role to work across Platform Development, Production Support, and Security Operations supporting the Avenu platform.

Individuals that will be successful in this role will be comfortable working in a regulated environment, be able to work independently, and have strong problem-solving skills. Long term success will be achieved by an individual who has a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth and can increasingly influence Security and Good Security Practices within the organization.

• Provide operational support to security technologies selected by the bank
• Monitor and analyze Information Systems security logs and associated incidents.
• Stay current on emerging threats and possible attacks on Avenu information systems, as well as develop mitigation approaches to said issues.
• Conduct technical analysis of security products, patches, issues, and mandates necessary to support our continuous improvement of IT Security.
• Maintain Data Privacy information, internal and external to Avenu
• Manage some Avenu security-related projects from inception to completion
• Participate in cross functional Security Council for MainStreet Bank's and Avenu's overall Security Program
• Contribute to overall Cyber Security and Privacy Governance for MainStreet Bank and Avenu .
