Swedtel International AB originates from the Scandinavian telecommunications operator Telia (today TeliaSonera) and has close and extensive ties with this and other leading telecom companies in Northern Europe. Swedtel has globally provided telecom operators and other clients with state-of-the-art telecom competence since 1968.
The combination of consulting and operator experience is unique on the market and has offered support to a number of operators facing competition and deregulation. Specialized in start-up and transformation of Mobile, Fixed and ISP operators.
Over the years more than 150 government and privately owned telecom companies have entrusted Swedtel with over 600 long and short term assignments.
At present we are engaged in various projects in Africa, Asia, Europe and Middle East.
