They are looking for an Account Manager, to join them on a permanent contract in either our Jersey office or alternatively working remotely in the UK.

Managing day to day relationships with key commercial partners being the point of contact for all BAU activity and queries
Monitor performance and account activity providing updates to partner stakeholders, highlight any key issues to relevant stakeholders within our client
Oversee the end to end process from NDA, contract, onboarding, and service go live, ensure all relevant stakeholders are engaged and following up on assigned actions overseeing progress with contract agreement; service integration and launch of services
Create an account plan for each commercial partner and build an account profile including the company overview, recent company information, organizational structure, current relationship with our client
Progress conversations with relevant stakeholders within each customer ensuring relevant collateral has been provided and a full overview of products / services has been given
Working across multiple accounts assess trends on usage patterns, fault patterns, requirements and functionality requests and present a summary to internal pre-sales and product teams for evaluation and action
Support the business development team in growing the account and identifying new revenue opportunities
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Experience of account management working with global organisations and working across multiple departments - commercial; product; tech
Background of managing complex accounts in the telecommunications / technology sectors
Solid communication skills – verbal and written
Stakeholder management experience internally and externally
