My client develops AI-based network automation software, delivered via an open platform, enabling Telcos to embrace web-scale operational models as they move to 5G and Edge Cloud.

Job Description

The Solution Owner is responsible for the customer roadmap and end-to-end solution.

An ideal candidate for this role will have a good grounding in Telecommunications business and technologies, analytics, and experience managing technical solutions to deliver on complex software and AI projects.

Managing client stakeholders and ensuring end-to-end solution architecture integration and product interconnections is vital to the role.

Domain expert, Trusted advisor to the client

Conduct business analysis activities with the client to understand the big picture and stakeholder needsConstruct end-to-end scope and definition of detailed deliverablesDistribute deliverables across product and partner teamsEnsure data readiness including collection processes and data quality Conduct technical follow up sessions with internal and external teamsResponsible for creation of technical documentation (BRD, ISD, HLD, LLD, UAT) Accountable for quality of deliverablesLead client discussions, answer questions about overall solution, or particular modulesProvide support to customers including end users, business sponsors, and partners.Lead architecture effort for cross products solutions; Apply our products, emphasizing key innovations and applications to develop solutions for specific customer as well as general valuable and repeatable solutions Using customer and partner feedback, work with the product, partners and development team on the evolutionary path of roadmaps. The skills and experience that will help you succeed…5+ years of experience in (mobile) telecommunications networking ; RAN (4G, 5G), VoLTE Service, Core, IMS/EPC, NFV, MANO, Network Automation, Service Assurance, Telco Cloud network domains knowledge is essentialSome working knowledge of cloud-native technologies and architectures, DevOps, and CI/CD.Excellent presentation skills and ability to distill complicated messages into clear, concise stories.Highly eloquent and capable of delivering both technical and executive-level presentations with the ability to tailor messaging respectively.Familiar with Agile methodology and delivery methods.Excellent time management and organizational skills with a strong track record of achieving goals and objectives within tight time frames.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with internal and external team members.Degree in telecommunications, networking, electronics, computer science or similar fields.
