Our client is an exciting, rapidly expanding company, developing AI-powered network automation software for Telcos. They are based in Silicon Valley and are part of a group of businesses that provides software and services to the Telecoms Service Provider market. The role...

Identify and qualify opportunities through customer discovery at existing and new customers.Provide pre and post-sales support to customers including end-users, business sponsors, and partners. Answer questions about overall applications, or particular modules, drawing on the development staff as needed.Apply my client's products, emphasizing key innovations and applications to develop solutions for specific customer demonstrations as well as general sales, trade shows, and other marketing events demonstrations.Using customer and partner feedback, work with the development team on the evolutionary path of my client's software roadmap.Lead engineering and architecture effort for regional RFI / RFP responses.Demonstrate success in sales process governance and close strategies.

Creating meaningful customer relationships that lead to more engagements.Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert internally and with our customers.In-depth understanding of the B-Yond product portfolio, strengths, and capabilities and able to articulate and demonstrate that value to customers convincingly.Successfully crafting customer solutions that meet their financial goals utilizing my client's product suite.Working closely with the sales team to close deals.

A background in presales in the telecoms space in areas such as RAN Planning & Optimization (4G, 5G), Configuration Management, Telco Cloud, VoLTE Service, Core, IMS/EPC, Service Assurance / OSS network, DPI, Performance Monitoring, NFV, Mano, Network Automation, Network Automation or Testing (experience in any of)Some working knowledge of cloud-native technologies and architectures, DevOps, and CI/CD would be preferred

Comfortable pitching use cases around specific customer needs

Excellent presentation skills and ability to distill complicated messages into clear, concise stories.Highly eloquent and capable of delivering both technical and executive-level presentations with the ability to tailor messaging respectively.
