My client is a leading software provider of network and service management solutions (Service Assurance, Automation andAnalytics) to leading Communications Service Providers (CSPs) including 8 out of 10 of the world’s largest global CSP groups such as Vodafone, Telefonica and Deutsche Telekom.
They are clear market leaders in Telco Cloud Assurance and have recently been acquired by one of the world's largest Telecoms software companies which is looking to grow the number of AIopts use cases covered by my client's platform.
The client is looking for a candidate that will highly influence strategic decisions on the product evolution and roadmap and horizontal and vertical market expansions.
As an experienced Platform and AIOps Product Manager, you are in charge of leading the innovation of the platform; AIOps vision in theOSS Service Assurance domain, shaping the future of operations in the 5G era, and the role that AIOps and automation will play in connecting the business to the network. As a lead innovator, you will own the vision, strategy and drive the roadmap execution in an agile environment.
A strong leader of people with a deep understanding of the customer journey and how its success enables the business to grow is required in equal balance with vision, technical expertise, and the ability to articulate this in a data-driven approach to all types of audiences. Some principalresponsibilities include:
? Product owner of the cloud-native platform for the OSS Service Assurance applications; Business owner for service-centric Intelligent Operations / AIOps - Responsible for vision, strategy, roadmap, and management of the related products lifecycle? Interactions with sales / pre-sales organizations providing strategic and tactical support on key opportunities? Build and maintain direct customer relationships? Define and own the business requirements / backlog and work closely with the engineering teams to drive execution.? Collaborate with fellow assurance products owners to manage dependencies? Collaborate with marketing on external communication and campaignstrategy. Build, maintain relationship with analyst community? Collaborate with alliances team to build an active partnership strategy with SI’s, technology and cloud partners? Act as the spokesperson for product / domain at industry events, analyst conversations and towards internal teams.
Your Skills and Experience? Strong understanding of OSS Service Assurance / Telecom Operations landscape.? Strong understanding & practical experience in the application of AI/ML in the OSS Service Assurance space? Understand the Telco transformation journey: OSS/BSS transformation, NFV ecosystem, AIOps for Telecom? Understanding on the platform requirements to deliver AIOps use-cases as a product in the OSS Service Assurance space? Experience in platform observability and user analytics? Good knowledge in Big Data frameworks and Data lake integration? Solid understanding of cloud technologies and GTM models, with a proven track record in cloud-native / SaaS products.? Experience with cloud-native architecture, container orchestration (Kubernetes), public cloud platform services; serverless technologies(AWS, Azure, GCP)? Experience with open-source software stacks and commercial support models? Familiar with TMF artifacts including APIs, Open Digital Architectur and the Autonomous Networks framework? Experience with Jira/Confluence collaborative tools? Experience in leading strategic product initiatives, influencing, andaligning stakeholders to a strategic vision and execution plan
