What you will do
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching or evolving existing markets
Work with peers to develop and implement MFS strategies and plans for business development and revenue growth
Be accountable for strategic Partnership management, including selection, negotiation, cultivating and building business relations
Stay ahead of trends and changes in the Mobile Financial and FinTech business world. Attend and present at seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
You will bring
A University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent
Demonstrated leadership and previous experience in driving multi-functional business- and organizational development projects/processes
Broadly diversified experience in MFS domain from business, commercial, customer, partner and market knowledge dimensions. Having technical MFS knowledge is an advantage
Experience in direct interaction with C-levels on partner and customer sides, former leadership responsibility, preferably in diverse cultural and geographic settings
Ability to understand customers' needs and successfully meet their expectations
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build networks and business relations
Outstanding analytical, financial and negotiation skills
Ability to create strategy and execution to industrialize 3rd party solutions with EWP product as customer solutions evolve
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Flexibility to travel very frequently and meet customers regularly
