The Client consist of an HQ organisation and 50+ individual companies where the IT Support Engineer will be responsible for UK Head Office and Group technology solutions and infrastructure. This includes responsibility for the singleGroup 365 and Azure tenant.

Role Responsibilities? Support the Global HO IT Manager to implement, support and maintain the HOtechnology strategy.? Supporting OpCo IT teams to assist in their use and alignment with group technologysolutions.? Responsible for the management and administration of UK HO systems, both on-premises and cloud.? Responsible for service delivery to all employees using group managed solutions.? Ensure Cyber security controls are fully deployed and in alignment with policyand standards.Support to employees:? Install and configure HO systems as per baseline? Ensure all Help Desk requests are handled in a professional and timely manner inaccordance with established service levels.? Manage an escalation process for handling urgent and critical issues in accordancewith policies.? Train and instruct employees on HO systems, such as O365 capabilities and meetingroom solutions.Single O365 tenant:? Support OpCo IT teams in the use of Coreview platform for managing their users inthe single tenant.Profile AttributesProven Technical Acumen - Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft services, O365,Azure etc.Operational Excellence - Previous experience in a service delivery role. Must be comfortablewith working across multiple complex work streams simultaneously.Entrepreneurial “can-do approach” – Will be determined, creative, and resilient, with aferocious work ethic.Will have good communication and negotiation skills.

Business and Technical Experience Required? Experience in managing complex infrastructure environments.? Experience in delivering support to a large international user base.? A minimum of 3 years hands-on proven functional experience in administeringMicrosoft technologies, Microsoft server and desktop, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.? Knowledge of O365 products and solutions.? Knowledge of Azure AD? A proven track record of supporting remote end users.?
