1st Line Support Technician - FinTech/Finance/Banking

My client is an innovative financial technology business who are rapidly scaling both in the UK and in to new markets.

Due to huge growth and the onboarding of multiple high profile customers, they are looking for multiple 1st Line Support Technicians who come from a finance background and are looking for the next step in their career.

The role comes with progression and represents a great opportunity to move towards Application Support.

You will need:
  • Experience in dealing with clients and use of ticket logging systems
  • Excellent organisational and communications skills
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, listening to guidance from your peers and leadership teams to reach the desired outcome
  • Experience in financial systems
