Our clients are a leading telecom software vendor providing network and service management solutions (Service Assurance, Automation and Analytics) to leading Communications Service Providers. They work with 8 out of 10 of the world’s largest global telecoms companies . Their software manages the network and service quality of over 2 billion subscribers, the world’s largest 4G network,the world’s largest VoLTE service and the world’s fastest mobile network.

With a global presence, approximately 250 employees and a long history of successful customer projects, They have established themselves as the leading provider of Service Assurance to Tier-1 Service providers.

Our client has merged with another Global business and as a result of the merger there will be a need for some initial projects to involve that the Company provides excellence in the delivery of its strategy and ensures that it meets current and future workforce needs.

Job brief: The Marketing Communication Manager is a global role ,responsible for the development and supervision of all marketingand communications strategies for the company. The individual oversees the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute marketing campaigns and organize industry events, along with a lead generation program.


• Lead corporate marketing and internal communications for large telecom companies• Lead the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand and product• Coordinate with marketing agencies for campaigns and assets• Strategize and execute industry events to launch and monetize newly launched and existing product lines.• Conceptualize, develop and execute marketing campaigns to build a strong brand, driving company sales; produce record-high response rates

Job specifics:• Managing logistics for large Telecom Industry Events and Conferences, typically 3 in a year• Organizing customer workshops and annual user group meeting• Coordinating account-based telemarketing campaigns, typically 3 in a year• Responsible for lead generation program; involves collation,selection and qualification of leads• Organizing and managing analyst relationships and meetings• Managing Press Releases and Press briefings• Applying for Industry Awards

Key Requirements• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.• Prior experience in a similar role in the telecoms sector.• Proficient in developing, executing, and measuring demandgeneration programs that keep customers and prospectsengaged throughout the funnel.• A strong network of PR and media contacts is preferred.• Good verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.• Good interpersonal skills with different stakeholders.• Knowledge of Marketing tools, such as Pardot and Salesforce is preferred
