Enterprise Cellular service (including 2G/3G/LTE/VoLTE/MCDAS, repeaters, RF design & geofencing) This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:College degree or equivalent work experience15+ years in telecommunications, Wi-Fi and cellular network technologiesExperience with large mobile network deploymentsExperience working with a global geographically disbursed teamProven experience with a large global financial organizationProven experience with telecom carrier service offeringsExperienced with business/financial management of network servicesStrong communications and client skills and experience with end user supportExperience managing technology risk in a large organizationA track record of having created new operating models and support structures aligned with technology roadmaps - planning and executionExperience with ITIL and ITSM framework developmentAbility to prepare presentations to technical and non-technical audienceWorking knowledge of automated provisioning conceptsPersonal pride in the quality and thoroughness of deliverables
