As the Vice President, Global Infrastructure Engineering, you'll report directly to the CIO, and be responsible for all computing, network, database, and storage across a distributed enterprise with 1000+ software engineers working in a SaaS environment. You'll be accountable for something significant: the uncompromising quality and impact of 24x7x365 operations. What you'll do:
Strategy and vision: Create and deliver an Infrastructure vision and strategy that encompasses the tracking, maintenance, and operability of physical and digital information assets and technologies.
Technology leadership: Provide critical technology leadership in a hybrid cloud implementation, while driving an IaaS and PaaS vision.
Drive cultural change and transformation: Lead, inspire and engage an organization in a transition to a software-driven cloud operation.
Build teams that thrive: Build a robust cross-business unit team that can achieve the highest standards of performance.
Operate with a product ownership mindset: Integrate a product culture into the infrastructure roadmap. Enhance the decision-making process with a focus on ROI analysis and supported by OKR tracking.
Influence the c-suite and inspire their confidence: Comfortable in the boardroom with a compelling voice demonstrated through executive presence, ability to lead change and creation of clear executive-level communications on key milestone achievements.
Fiscal responsibility: Proven business and finance acumen demonstrated through leading multi-million-dollar initiatives with strong governance, an organized methodology, and successful execution. Some specifics: budget planning and management, investment business case development, and on-going metrics reporting.
Address Vulnerabilities: Adept at addressing and remediating gaps found in internal, security, and compliance audits.
Explore & evaluate new tech: Organize teams on behalf of Global Operations for identifying, evaluating, and testing emerging technologies related to Infrastructure Services. Present results, recommendations, and justification.

Qualifications you'll need:
Education: BS in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics preferred.
10+ years managing a global team
Demonstrated success working across functional lines (operations, service, implementation, etc.) and leading multimillion-dollar initiatives from inception to implementation
Ample experience in public cloud migration and implementation
Demonstrated projects requiring Business Process Improvements (BPI) and Change Management
Knowledge of existing technology landscape plus new and emerging technologies
Demonstrated executive-level communication, savvy, and negotiation skills in a C-suite environment
Excellent at managing competing priorities, and rallying an organization to change direction when necessary
Decisive and persuasive with diverse groups of constituents to achieve goals and have everyone leave the room feeling good about the results
Substantial quantitative, analytical, benchmarking and statistical skills
