Role Overview

An experienced VOIP / Voice Support Engineer with a strong Linux skillset is required by a leading IT and Telecoms business based in the UK. The successful candidate will provide 1st to 3rd line remote support across software, hardware and networking infrastructure. The role will involve a shift up to 8pm 2 days per week and will be completely homebased.

The Techncial Support Engineer will have previously supported VoIP environments and have worked in an IT/telecoms business in the past and any knowledge of Asterisk would be highly desirable.

The Technical Support Engineer will join a leading organisation that provides hosted telephony and networking infrastructure for a wide variety of clients.

Asterisk PBX set up and troubleshooting to a good standard
Amazon AWS
