Our clientis a fast-growing technology Company, their aim is to provide high quality business solutions tailored to individual customer requirements. They have a Telecoms Sales Executive role available based in various locations including Newcastle, Leicester, Rochester, Bristol and Southampton. You will join them on a full time, permanent basis in return for a competitive salary.

Our client are one of the largest and most advanced independent suppliers of print and document management systems with over 10,000 customers. They are rapidly growing and have tripled in size within the last 12 months. Their growth has been achieved through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth and includes the introduction of Telecoms and IT Services into the Managed Print customer base. They are committed to supporting the success of our customers by helping them to deliver smarter working practices and greater efficiencies.

The Telecoms Sales Executive role:

The ideal candidate will be performing a variety of duties in order to cross sell Telecoms and IT services into existing clients. The role requires a good understanding of sales and marketing, as well as excellent knowledge of Hosted VOIP and managed IT solutuions. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success.

Key responsibilities of their Telecoms Sales Executive:

- Identify potential new clients and business opportunities.

- Generate ways of attracting new clients.

- Maintain, develop, and grow existing clients by identifying their needs, whilst also actively seeking other opportunities to cross sell, increase volume and profitability.

- Ensure that the CRM is updated regularly with information relating to new and/or existing business.

- Meet performance targets set (KPI) by ensuring your client portfolio generates satisfactory returns.

- Be actively aware of all market and competitor activity

- Engage with client base regularly, assessing their business needs

- Keep up to date with new equipment and software ensuring a good understanding of the product suite

Required Skills and Experience of their Telecoms Sales Executive:

- Proven previous relevant experience in a similar role within the Telecoms and IT industry advantageous.

- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Time Management skills

- Team Player

- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM an advantage

- Driving License

- Excellent levels of spoken and written English

- The ability to communicate and interpret issues

- Excellent attention to detail
