A successful 4th class bidder must have completed formal training in electronic circuit theory, trouble-shooting and repairing electronic circuits.AccountabilitiesSuccessful 4th Class bidder must have completed formal training in electronic circuit theory, trouble-shooting and repairing electronic circuits.Must be familiar with telecom/fiber test equipment: OTDR, T-Bird etc...Must be a certified Fiber Optic Installer or equivalent certification, or have at least one year experience working with fiber optics.Knowledge and prior experience on SONET systems would be helpful.Must be capable and willing to climb and work on, up to 400 foot towers.Must be able to distinguish all colors.Some heavy lifting is required.
