Telecommunication SpecialistThe Telecommunications Specialist will assist in the administration, performance, integration and support of all telecom services and devices within the organization. This position is located in Morristown, NJ.What you will do:Contribute technical support, guidance, and administration with Telecommunication; Video, Conferencing, and Collaboration tools.Display a strong understanding of IT technologies and how they mesh with the Collaboration space.Possess excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a strong aptitude to support complex infrastructure designs.Ability to work as a team and help perform tasks for all phases of projects including planning, design, and implementation.Ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.Management of Cisco (SBC) Cube Router.Ability to manage and troubleshoot SIP Trunks.Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Cloud Services, Windows 10, and Citrix.Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio.O365 administration of MS Teams.Physical Conference room configuration, including cable management, PC mounting, and all accessory devices.Assist staff in the main office and remote locations with technical support of collaboration tools, including physical telephones and meeting assistance.Provide support for collaboration platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams and WebEx Teams.Provide support for on premise Voice and Video devices.Provide support for Cloud Collaboration Services.Provide support for faxing environment, ATAs, and 3 rd party SIP devices.Provide Tier 2 support to end users.Provide support outside of normal business hours to address issues or new initiatives.What you will bring to C:One to three years of related IT/Telecommunications experiencePrior experience with VOIP and SIP Trunk implementationsExperience with basic networking protocols including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, WAN/LAN TCP/IPKnowledge in various telecommunications systems and practicesStrong diagnostic and computer skillsAnalytical mindset, innovative, and systematic problem solverMust possess strong written and oral communications skillsCustomer service experienceTRAVELTravel may be requiredWhat C will bring to YOU:Competitive compensation packageGenerous 401K employer matchEmployee Stock Purchase plan with employer matchingGenerous Paid Time OffExcellent benefits that go beyond health, dental & vision.
