MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: High school Diploma or GED Certificate. Associates Degree in Project Management, Technical Degree in Telecommunications or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Project Management preferred. 3 years advanced administrative experience.Computer literate.Project Management experience preferred.Bilingual in English and Navajo preferred.Valid state driver's license (subject to motor vehicle review). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:Follows up on clients, take minutes during project meetings, and provide and analyze statistical data as required.Prepares correspondence, reports, minutes, agendas, memos, forms, directories, resolutions, and other documents and communications from drafts, recordings, or verbal instruction as requested. Assists in all phases and aspects of a project including presentations.Assists with organization and coordination of entire project team and project activities. Performs clerical support such as printing, filing, ordering office supplies, sorting and distributing mail, shipping and receiving. Creates and maintains project documentations, plans and reports as needed.Produce documents of various levels of complexity, ranging from plain copy typing to the manipulation of data to create complex presentations. Examine, check, and verify reports and other documents for completeness, appropriateness, adequacy, and conformity to established requirements, and follow up on discrepancies. Schedules department events and activities; manages departmental or manager's calendar.Provides support for smooth project operations.Prepares project performance reports, weekly progression updates, and ranking reports. Manage and maintain good relationships with company clientele.Prepares and/or deliver project presentations to team members on social media marketing tools and strategies.Maintains accurate records of project management operations, schedules, and expenditure. Collects, develops, and analyzes data useful in setting team objectives/targets.Collaborate with managers to develop and implement action plans essential to proper time, money, and process management.Identifies any issues for manager and team which may hamper the progress of a project. Documents established project goals and communicate them to the project team.Designs and manages systems which are vital to quality review and control, and also develop and implement programs for continuous project improvement. Conducts research to investigate elements essential to the progress of a project.Keeps track of project progress by using IT systems to monitor performance.Establishes, maintains, and updates files, databases, records, and/or other documents; develops and maintains data, and performs routine analyses and calculations in the processing of data for recurring internal reports. Conducts research to resolve operational questions or issues as requested.Establishes and maintains an effective filing and retrieval system.
