OverviewAtlantic Health System is seeking a Part Time Telecommunications Operator, this position is at our HMC office Sunday- Wednesday, 7:00AM-5:00PMThis person must be flexible enough to cover vacations and call outs as needed, these are generally scheduled in advance. Candidate will also be trained in various locations to enable the ability to cover as needed.ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:The Contact Center Agent will work in a Call Center environment processing incoming and outgoing calls and ensuring customer resolution and satisfaction. Additional requirements for this position will be to handle a high volume of calls with the capability of responding to all hospital emergencies, via telephone.
