Receives communication equipment trouble calls over the phone or through email and assigns Remedy tickets tothe applicable work center across multiple networks. Must possess a basic understanding of Windows 7/10 along withcomputer network architecture and overall function. Excellent customer service skills are required and be able to function in ahigh stress environment.SECONDARY DUTIES:Provides direct CFP support for the 10th Comm Squadron: Identifying a communication issue andassigning the repair request to the appropriate technicians. Assists with updating all 10th Communications Squadronscheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inputs data into multiple Government-provided databases. These databasesinclude but are not limited to the Work Order Management System (WOMS), Remedy, and Integrated Maintenance DataSystem (IMDS). Responsible for 10th Comm Squadron base announcements.
