A client in San Diego is looking for a Telecommunication Billing Specialist to join their team. This individual will be responsible for receiving requests from users via phone and through ServiceNow. They will be responsible for billing, reporting, and communicating with end users. Below are some weekly and monthly tasks to be expected: Weekly TasksCheck ServiceNow/Import iShare for moves, adds, changes, deletes Work on assigned projects Moves, adds, changes, deletes that come via direct email and UH Phone email Updating billing contacts Provide Traffic reports Fixing issues in Pinnacle with call rating routines Other assigned Monthly TasksRun preliminary invoices and fix any errors Run Month End Send out Statements via email Audit Telecom Statement from the service provider Audit Pinnacle To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global Privacy Policy: Minimum Requirements3-5 years of experience in billing Excellent Customer Service Skills 1+ year of experience in Telecom Industry Experience with Billing Reporting Telecommunication Invoice ProcessingExperience maintaining documentation, monitoring, and resolving billing inquiries Experience utilizing a ticketing systems Desired SkillsExperience using ServiceNow as ticketing system Bachelors in Information TechnologyExperience in a helpdesk/IT tech role Oracle
