*Considering US based candidates in San Mateo, Santa Barbara, or US-based remote* Evidation's Infrastructure & Operations Technical Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that Evidation delivers strategic value throughout implementing and delivering internal Enterprise Applications, infrastructure and security initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure and Operations, this individual will work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders at Evidation Health. This role requires a broad range of skills, including, but not limited to, relationship management, cross-functional communications, resource analysis, complex problem solving, project scoping, and team building. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage technology programs and projects, working with the IT, DevOps, Security and business teams to define priorities, milestones, and success criteria. Define and implement standardized project management and performance measurement practices across products and teams Track and communicate schedules, priorities, risks, and status to technical and non-technical teams and leaders. Determine business objectives by working with the business stakeholders to gather requirements, align with priorities and coordinate resources. Document current and future business processes to streamline and simplify work flows across the organization. Collaborate with IT Business Partners, Project Managers/Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Quality Assurance, and User Experience Designers on scope, solutions, constraints, and risks QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications BA/BS in Computer Science or related degree Formal training in project planning and resource management 7+ more years of experience in technical project management, or as a technical business analyst Strong written and verbal communication, including ability to quickly synthesize and analyze inputs from a variety of sources. Experience project managing projects within at least 2 of the following focus areas: Enterprise Application Implementations and projects (ERP, HRIS, CRM, Customer Support Tools,..) Penetration Testing, Security Audits or Compliance Projects (ISIO 27001, SOC 2, ...) Infrastructure Projects (Identity platforms, Device Management, or similar) Demonstrated success in handling complex initiatives Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business in unfamiliar areas Ability to prioritize different deliverables Self-motivated and team-oriented; able to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with security audits and best practices Experience with Sage or other cloud based ERP system Experience with ADP or other cloud based HRIS system Experience with ZenDesk and / or Jira Service Desk Experience with Salesforce Experience with AWS ABOUT EVIDATION Evidation measures health in everyday life and enables anyone to participate in groundbreaking research and health programs.
