About the job

Companys projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique engineering challenges we face daily. As a Technical Program Manager at Company, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. Youre equally at home explaining your teams analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

As the US regional manager of our Edge Capacity team, you will manage a team of approximately 10 people, maximizing your performance against Companys Oxygen Manager Attributes by creating an inclusive team environment, showing concern for your team's success and well-being and being productive and results-oriented by using key technical skills, strong communication and a clear vision and strategy for the team to effectively collaborate across Company and serve our users.

You will also deliver as an individual contributor to the development and success of the program by ensuring that our users in North and South America can access Companys content and services with optimal quality and performance.

Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. From developing and maintaining our data centers to building the next generation of Company platforms, we make Companys product portfolio possible. Were proud to be our engineers engineers and love voiding warranties by taking things apart so we can rebuild them. We keep our networks up and running, ensuring our users have the best and fastest experience possible.

Develop a vision and long term roadmap for the functional group.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.

Develop and automate reports, and iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
