Facebook is seeking a Supply Manager to partner with key stakeholders and own development, communication and execution of equipment supply plan, ensuring optimal availability - right equipment in the right place at the right time. The person will partner with key suppliers, as well as internal project & category teams on improving product availability and reducing overall supply chain costs. The person will leverage creativity to solve complex optimization problems in a scalable way and drive continuous improvement of supply planning processes by benchmarking against best practices. This Full time position is part of the Infrastructure Data Center - Sourcing and Operations Engineering team.

Supply Manager, Infrastructure Data Center Responsibilities
Lead creation of the supply plan, ensuring business goals are achieved, and driving timely & accurate supply communications.
Partner with the Infrastructure Business Operations Support (IBOS) team to determine and execute an optimal fulfillment of the supply plan.
Partner with the Category Sourcing team to define business splits and to ensure product catalogs are accurate.
Recommend how to improve supply planning systems and processes to achieve greater efficiency & scale.
Drive implementation & adoption of new capabilities.
Work to improve data systems and develop new reporting tools & metrics to improve supply visibility & accuracy.
Implement supplier flexibility strategies.
Ensure supply plan is in alignment with forecasted spend.
Ensure Purchase order accuracy, and on time delivery measure, report and action to improve delivery performance.
Provide supplier operational performance inputs for supplier business reviews.
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of industry experience in a technical or business-related field.
4+ years of experience in Sourcing Management or Supply Chain Management with a technology focus.
Experience working in an analytical and results focused role.
Experience in improving supply chain and supplier performance processes.
MBA or Masters Degree in Supply Chain.
Experience in a hyper-scale Data Center space.
Experience using MRP/ERP systems.
Knowledge of basic SQL and statistical concepts.
Detail oriented, experience communicating complex problems and solutions, strong drive to collaborate, strong bias for action to close out problems.
Strong process/system background and proven experience in rapidly understanding, using and driving improvements in new processes/systems.
