Our client is a 500-1000 person super high growth SAAS vendor who's ML technology helps optimize the customer experience of applications (SAAS applications or mobile app) or spots bottlenecks and helps with realtime training. The company is rapidly growing and counts the likes of Linkedin, Adobe, Logmein, BT and Microsoft as customers and its partners include Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, and Hitachi.

The client is looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Sole Contributor Sales Director to help them hunt for enterprise-level opportunities in France. The person must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment (it's not the same as working for the likes of Linkedin / Salesforce) and they must be used to being self-motivated. The role reports to a VP of Sales (France) who is located in Paris (they have 5 people there at the moment but are looking to scale quickly).

As the company continues to rapidly expand in EMEA, we are seeking a senior and driven Sales Account Executive to manage all aspects of the sale’s cycle, with a focus on Major Accounts in France

Job Details:

- Drive the entire sales process, from business development, introduction demos and POCs through to closing, focusing on Named Accounts.

- Constantly look for new areas to expand business within Major accounts.

- Build business by hunting for new opportunities.

- Manage and respond to incoming inbound and outbound lead requests.

- Partner with Account Managers in identifying and closing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

- Manage sales activity including monthly and quarterly forecasting of revenue in

- Ensure quarterly quotas are reached and exceeded.

- Interface with all levels of the target organizations, including senior executives of Enterprise accounts.

- Present the client's solutions using value-based sales approaches and techniques working closely with our Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers.

Execution of sales activities with internal cross-functional teams, senior management and corporate counsel, from contract negotiation all the way to signed contracts.

Skills and Experience:

- At least 5-6 years’ experience in an Enterprise Software Sales role.

- Past experience in selling a SaaS/Hi-tech product, using a strategic approach.

- Proven success in growing and working within the French market.

- Ability to manage a long and strategic sales cycle from demo to negotiation and closing.

- Evidence of exceptional commitment to a process-driven sales approach, and accurately tracking and forecasting all customer engagement, account management and activity through the use of

- A track record of consistent earnings and over-achievement in past Sales Executive roles.

Be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Excellent English and French verbal and written skills.
