Overview:
My client are looking for a leader with 'can do' attitude and habitual of delivering results. He/She is energetic and collaborative person who needs to work with a global field marketing and sales team to deliver sales pipeline to fuel growth in a diversified network performance orchestration and application performance SD WAN business with target customers of large B2B enterprises and communication / mobile service providers. He?She also supports marketing leadership with lead management process and KPI/metrics management and reporting.

He/ She reports to Vice President field marketing and has 7-10 direct reports (telemarketers) who are spread globally.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, managing and motivating the telemarketing team on a day to day basis
- Ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and metrics are met for the team - Productivity and Pipeline - to deliver industry comparable ROI.
- Orchestrating and help build campaign follow up and MQL qualification plan for each member of the team collaborating with field marketing team.
- Work with product marketing on campaign basis to ensure training and development needs are met for the team
- Collaborate with regional sales management to ensure execution of agreed lead management plan and conduct regular lead review meetings.
- Help and support marketing management to establish and maintain scalable best practices for campaign and lead management
- Create and maintain KPI/metrics reports / dashboards for marketing activities effectiveness and impact.
- Analyse marketing data to develop insights for recommending optimization.
- Evaluate innovative technologies and add on applications in order to improve and optimize marketing team performance
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years in similar leadership capacity
- Customer facing and presentation experience in a B2B, complex sales environment





Profile:
- Minimum BA/BS qualification
- Excellent communication, presentation and inter personal skills.
- Experience of managing customer contacts, sales process and reports in Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of IP networking, data communications and wireless communication systems is a plus
- Multilingual will be a plus
