Sr. Infrastructure Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities Provides infrastructure design representation during the request for proposal (RFP) process Responsible for addressing and responding to the complex functional elements of RFPsinformation Communicates designed solutions to infrastructure deployment areas Designs infrastructure solutions within set architectural framework, ensuring cost effectiveness and enforcement of architectural standards Captures and documents businesstechnical requirements by communicating with customers Completes infrastructure estimating and consultation Reviews high-level estimates to determine infrastructure impact and to provide estimation of hours required for the assignment Performs technical oversightreview and approval of less experienced team members and their work Day-to-day operations and interactions will involve the following focus areas Network Engineering - the OSI model, IPv46, routing, switching, DNS, VLANs and subnetting, taps, load balancers, SNORT, YARA Network Security - firewalls, IDSIPS, HTTPSSL proxies, SSL interceptors, SIEM products SOC operations IT process automationorchestration Qualifications Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship 8 years of technical experience or other job-related IT experience with at least 6 years of infrastructure experience 4 years of proposal response experience in infrastructure design Experience with SOC operations (IT process automationorchestration) Excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of IT technologies and security solutions Broad understanding of infrastructure, tools, technology, and services (non-host, storage, network) Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate throughout the sales pipeline at all levels and in a variety of settings (implementation, 1-on-1, groups, and with peers, management, executives, and customers) Strong facilitation and elicitation skills using standard methods (JRPs, JADs, and gap analysis) Excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of IT technologies and security solutions Expert knowledge of MS Office productivity tools, such as Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement methods and tools (defect analysis) Education Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field OR associate degree in computer science, information technology, or related field plus 2 years of job-related experience OR extra job-related work experience Location Columbia, SC TM Floyd Company offers a generous array of benefits, depending on the length of assignment.
