Description: Job Purpose:This position is responsible for the management and oversight of all Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, and Infrastructure Service Management for Voice Technologies supporting the enterprise, external partners and Contact Center technologies; leading the design and build of repeatable patterns (build-kits) to improve deployment times for non-prod and prod environments; leading the life cycle management for the technology area of responsibility leading Infrastructure services Operations and third party providing Operations services; lead level 3 support for area of responsibility if required. Required Job Qualifications:* Bachelor degree and 7 years in Information Technology.* 5 years in IT Infrastructure & Operations management and/or leadership.* Experience in supplier management.* Employee development.* Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processes* Demand / Portfolio and Resource Management.* Understanding of business priorities (e.g., vision), trends (e.g., industry knowledge) and markets (e.g., existing/ planned).* Expertise with Voice services architecture evolutions, Engineering practices, and Service Management.* Experience in Infrastructure Automation.* Working Knowledge of Operations Management.* IT standards, procedures, policies.Preferred Job Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in information technology or Engineering. * Experience with EUC and Collaborations, e.g. Collaboration Technologies, O365, Microsoft Teams, Webex.* Experience with Network and Voice, e.g. Network (data and voice) technologies, Software Defined Network, etc.* Experience in Telephony platforms such as Cisco: CUCM and UCCX* Excellent knowledge on Telephony infrastructure and components, examples: Session Boarder controllers, SIP Trunks, Voice Gateways and Contact Center infrastructure.* Experience on Contact Center solutions such as Contact Center Call Recording solutions.* Experience with Unified Communications solutions and federation with third parties such as Microsoft Teams* Ability to develop & maintain Multi-Year road-maps & plans* Analyze RFP/contract language on vendor products to support business objectives.* Forecast and secure funding/staffing required to implement technology solutions.* Experience with other As a Service technologies.* ITIL v3 .* IT standards, procedures, policies.* Adaptability and ability to introduce / manage change.* Organized and detail oriented.* Analytical and problem solving skills.
